In a large percentage of cases, the customer wants jewelry that is not extreme, suitable for everyday wear, but still has some individuality and personality.

The task is easier than we think. You don't have to rack your brains, just take it step by step.
First, we usually look through a large amount of images, finished and semi-finished jewelry together, and show examples, sketches, and variations of the solutions that arise in connection with these. In addition to the visible and obvious properties of the sample and example jewelry, invisible but important properties are also discussed, such as allergy, safety, durability, comfort, and the like. Along with the examples that are considered interesting, we take the customer, who is mostly uninformed in the world of jewelry, on a small journey into the seemingly mystical world of jewelry and goldsmithing, and in the process, we receive an education that will make him a truly conscious buyer. He understands the possibilities and differences, and in the end he knows exactly what to choose and why.
In jewelry stores, we can learn very little about the differences in precious metals, gemstones, reservation solutions, etc. from the mostly poorly trained salespeople, even at a basic level. This leaves no other handhold than appearance and price. Since almost the entire production of the jewelry industry in the world is machine-made, they do not aim for individuality, personal character, or high quality, but rather low cost and high selling price, and the goal is mass sales. For me, this category, and thus the majority of the jewelry supply in today's world, is not even jewelry, but just featureless precious metal mass goods. I think jewelry is fundamentally a work of art, similar to a statue or painting. The raw material itself is also valuable, but the artistic idea, the emotional charge, the personal character are the real value in it. If sculptures start to be cast in series, then everything that they represented at the beginning becomes secondary, and over time only the purchase price will be the main thing. I see the same thing in the jewelry industry. Nowadays, only base metals, gold-plated/silver-plated, with synthetic stones at best (or glass made brighter with lead - sorry, crystals - are sold as jewelry by parcel delivery services or companies that have made a big name for themselves through marketing.
Okay, I digress a bit because it annoys me that incompetent people compare our creations to waste, but it's not their fault, because they call these products "jewelry."
In jewelry stores, price and appearance are the basis for choosing, while we justify our choices down to the last detail. Every tenth millimeter has a reason, and the customer can consciously determine these because they really know what they are choosing and why.
So we are at a point where the customer who comes with a request for unique jewelry sees examples, learns many new and exciting things, and begins to see which directions are sympathetic to them. At that point, we also feel what kind of engagement or wedding ring they want. Along the way, we talk a lot about the individual style, habits, appearance, etc. of the person who intends to wear the jewelry to be given secretly or present. It helps a lot that the customer is aware of and feels which solutions might be good, since no one will choose a baroque ring for a lady who likes puritanical simplicity, and if someone's partner likes extreme things, they will not be looking for a plain, ordinary piece of jewelry. Likewise, you can play with colors, decorations, types of gemstones, engraving, and many other solutions for a long time.
Based on these, the unique jewelry is automatically created, and the personal character is transferred to the jewelry.
We basically feel like designers among goldsmiths, and thus we think in fantastic 3-dimensional shapes, which is very rare in the world's jewelry industry due to (already mentioned) machine production and mass production conditions, or simply due to the lack of spatial vision.
We don't want to put our own unique style into creating unique wedding rings at all costs, but this is an added advantage. A big advantage is that we don't want to let a job go to waste, but we want to impress those who come to us and create a personal experience that there are few examples of in life. We can offer this enthusiasm, and this is how such an outstanding event, such an important step in a couple's life, will be especially memorable.
Our endeavor is very successful. We are pleased to see that our creations become personal favorites, and perhaps even the cherished pride of generations.
