The birth of a child is a truly precious and unforgettable moment in one's life. Through them we become parents and for them we become better people. They add value and meaning to our time, our experiences and the world. We love creating childbirth inspired jewellery. With their hidden message they often become richly designed objects, abundant with sentiments and veiled meaning, which we know will become highly valued and cherished pieces.

There has never been such a meeting of two seemingly different forms of art, as the cooperation between Splendor and the Contemporary Ballet of Szeged which premiered in 2013. Following its unexpected success the production and the designers are planning an international tour. The dancers perform the birth of a diamond which is created by the four elements. The different elements emerge through ballet movements and provided the inspiration both the choreography and the jewellery designs.
Orsolya succeeded in repeating her last victory in Dubai.
She has once again won first prize in the international
competition. The hairpin, for which she was awarded
the trophy, was born out of the ballet designs.
It captures a dynamic dance movement. The
ebony base is encased in a platinum and white
gold alloy and embellished with unusual, unique-cut
aquamarines as well as myriads of tiny diamonds.
Apart from Orsolya and Daniel's signature three dimensional
sculpture- like designs, they specialize in creating remarkably
personalized pieces. "We offer an exclusive service through
which we get to know the wearer of our pieces, their
appearance, personality, style, history, relationships
and important symbols through which we are able
design and craft not only astonishingly beautiful
pieces, but also truly tailor-made, personalized objects.
We have been creating wide range of wedding jewelry.
We enjoy planning and designing together with couples,
which can take between 1-2 hours. We believe it is
important that our clients are fully informed about
their options so they can make educated decisions
when it comes to their own personal symbols of their love.
We are there to hold their hands on this journey. The bliss
that the finished creations bring, is our greatest award of all.
“ We love our job as we are greatly inspired by
the joy our creations bring. It is wonderful to play
a role in someone else's happiness, that the fruit
of our labour will become a cherished treasure for
its owner. Lasting personal symbols of personalities,
relationships, joy and love.”

The Hungarian Museum of Fine Arts organised a Luxury themed event, where we were asked to represent the art of jewellery. We were honoured to be asked to showcase our creations and talk about luxury and the art of design and crafting to an enthusiastic audience at such a breathtakingly beautiful venue. We prepared a colourful and interesting programme for the audience.
The motto of the event was “The Discreet Charm of Luxury”. The speakers were made up of experts and creators who, in various ways, represent or work in the world of luxury in contemporary Hungary. Our friend Zsolt Zolyom, the perfumer, known as the Nose of Hungary also took part in the event, and devised a clever and fragrant game for the guests. We prepared a similarly entertaining surprise.
We started off with a diamond hunt, whereby a legion of over 500 visitors queued up to attempt to find hidden precious stones which they could subsequently take home. Visitors were also given the opportunity to look at an exquisite emerald under a special gemstone microscope. Watchful observers were able to catch a glimpse of the hidden micro-cosmos inside the emerald. During the evening we held two talks on stage and played the new film about our most recent award winning creation that won the Objet D' Art Award at the jewellery design competition held during Dubai International Jewellery Week. The beautiful hairpin crafted from a unique gold alloy, combined with ebony and decorated with brilliant cut diamonds and an aquamarine stone, was inspired by ballet movements. The film can be viewed HERE.
As the venue was quite large we were able to engage a great number of visitors. The whole Splendor team was present at the event to inform and entertain the audience. Our lovely models showed off our creations, and we even introduced a brand new jewellery collection that took a year and a half to create, and was completed on the day of the exhibition. We feel our guests enjoyed themselves and we were thrilled by the recognition of our work and the positive response from the audience. The night at the Museum of Fine Arts was a very special adventure.
